1-Valve Seat Grinding Wheels;

c)They are manufactured from grit types of EKRW, EKRR, EKRDR, and SCG. The grinding wheels for valve seats are not limited to only several dimensions, but manufactured in all types and dimensions according to customers' requirements.

2-Circlip Grinding Wheels;

They are used for grinding cylinder blocks and covers.
This kind of grinding wheels is manufactured in EKRW
SC types for steel and cast iron materials.

3-Honing Grinding Wheels;

All kinds of special honing stones can be manufactured in different grit
sizes ranging from 60 to 1.000 mesh in SC and SCG types.

4-Crankshaft Grinding Whells;

They can be manufactured in all diameters ranging between Ø500mm-Ø960 mm.
16mm wall thickness, wall thickness up to 50mm according to special requests from Half Corundum AH, Noble Korund NK, Asil Korund EKW, EKR is in abrasive type.

5-Valve Grinding Wheels (ladder type);

a)Black- Decker (100 mm çap)
b)Suoix (125mm diameter) Valve Grinding Wheels are manufactured with EKRW and SCG types of materials.
