Special Grinding Wheels are manufactured in all grit sizes and types with single- and double-side recessed or straight, suitable for cylindrical grinding, surface grinding and profile grinding.

They are manufactured in different diameters ranging between Ø100 mm and Ø960mm with materials such as

EKRR , EKRW , SC , SCG , NK , and NKDR .

Before production, information such as the RPM of the grinding wheel, type of the tool used, hardness of the material to be processed, and whether cooling fluid is used or not is requested from the customer. In the light of this information, the size of the grit to be used is modified according to the roughness of the surface to achieve the required surface quality.

Through various variations, grinding wheels of any required specifications can be manufactured.
